We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our pickles and other products. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or prices are always accurate, complete, or error-free. Product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify product details, including prices and availability, without notice.

4. Order Processing and Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. This is not an acceptance of your order but rather a confirmation of receipt.

  • Payment: We accept payments via cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and other local payment methods. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping:

    • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2000.

    • A flat Rs. 200 charge applies to orders below Rs. 2000.

  • Orders are dispatched on the same day if placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) and the next day for orders placed after 12:00 PM. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, but it may take longer during peak periods.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on all products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account.

By purchasing from Pure Achar, you confirm that the information you provide (including shipping address, contact details, and payment information) is accurate. You are responsible for ensuring your account information is up to date to avoid any delays or errors in your order.
